
"Royal Hills" Guests House is located in the architectural historical reserve “Asenova Mahala” (Asen’s neighborhood) in a street where 820 years ago the rulers founded the Second Bulgarian Kingdom.
The house is situated on the bank of the Yantra River, between two historical bridges and Tsarevetz and Trapezitsa Hills.
Five churches are concentrated in its surroundings, inclusive of with an over 700-year history – “Saint Dimiter Solunski” (of Salonika)
and “Saint Forty Martyrs”. The mornings resound with the bell chime of the functioning church “Assumption of the Most Holy Virgin Mary” and the evenings are colored by the “Sound and Light” Show on the Tsarevets Hill-Fortress.
The house has restored in Revival style, with a differentiated courtyard and parking facilities. The internal distribution consists of two bedrooms (air conditioned, double and single beds), a bathroom with a toilet, a dining-room with a kitchenette. The interior was executed of natural materials in a style subordinated to the earth colors and the historical traditions. A vast covered porch has been formed with a connection to the back yard, overhanging the river banks. All the conveniences for a comfortable family holiday are provided for through: possibilities for food preparation, washing and ironing, eating in the open air, sports (fishing, cycling).
